We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and several great restaurants. It was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The bathrooms were beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We also really appreciated all of the beach gear that was provided—it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Kauai, and our stay at this townhouse was a big part of it. The residence provided all the comforts and conveniences needed for a fantastic vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing our own gourmet meals. Having beach towels and a full-size washer and dryer was an unexpected bonus. Plus, we had a view of the ocean from the deck.
Alekona Kauai was highly responsive to our inquiries and quickly addressed our security vault issue. We highly recommend any property managed by them!

We serendipitously stumbled upon this amazing place after we had to last-minute pivot travel plans from traveling to Maui due to the tragic wildfires. We couldn't believe how wonderful this place was for the price we paid booking just one day before arriving! The condo was furnished well (including lots of beach stuff- chairs, umbrella, kids life jackets, toys and floaties, etc.) , was so spacious including a huge kitchen area, comfortable beds, & we had a wonderful view from the lanai, and definitely appreciated the AC! In addition, the place was walkable (10 min or less) to some memorable spots like Little Fish Coffee and other shops nearby, and was a 3-minute drive to some great beaches (our favorite with our kiddo was Kiahuna Beach and Poipu Beach Park) and a 7 min drive to sights like the Spouting Horn, the National Botanical Gardens, & our fave place for dinner The Beach House (highly recommended making reservations if you can!). So thankful for our stay here, highly recommend!

I can’t go on about how much my family and I loved staying at this condo. It was easy to book, transparent with pricing, fabulous communication before/during/after, and truly felt luxurious with all the amenities of home. It was so nice to be able to go to the beach and use the condo’s cooler, ice packs, and umbrellas. Not to mention using the spacious fridge, cabinets, and various kitchen appliances and dishes for meals at home. This was especially helpful while traveling as a family with a baby and toddler who have allergies and dietary restrictions when going out to eat somewhere feels too exhausting. Even though we were in a condo, it felt like we were staying at a resort with the attention to detail from Alekona Kauai. The welcome basket was so thoughtful, and I absolutely loved the specialty soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in our unit. I wish I could take it home! My family will definitely book with Alekona Kauai for our next vacation!

We were fortunate enough to stay at Pili Mai 12B from Feb 3 - 12,2023 and are so happy that we did! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo itself is very spacious with ample room for everyone in the living, dining and kitchen areas. It tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed with all the necessities of holiday life, even including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. Conveniently located within a beautiful development which includes access to the beautiful pool, hot tub and bbq's, it is a short 10-15 minute walk to gorgeous Poipu Beach! Regarding the actual booking process, I have to say it was perfectly seamless. The level of communication as the time of our holiday approached left no questions or concerns. Any questions we may have had were quickly addressed, going so far as to sharing suggestions of activities on Kauai and offers of assistance if we needed help in arranging anything during our stay. EVERYTHING about Pili Mai 12B was perfect! If you are fortunate enough to spend your holiday here, you will not be disappointed! We definitely hope to book a return visit!

It's a beautiful home with 3bds/3bathroom home with everything new and a wonderful decors. 7 of us were comfortable to have spaces to share and moving around the house. The two master awesome bedrooms with the most comfortable king beds, sheets and comforter. All beach items includes beach towels, chairs and many more... are ready for us to tap along to the beach. Brand new Washer and Dryer were supported to keep your clothes clean as needed. It's only 5 minutes drive to the Poipu beach and a walk distance to the restaurant and a shopping center. The pool, hot tub, the gym and the BBQ are the big plus for everyone staying in this Pili MAI neighbor hood. Michael was promptly reply and be there when we arrived to check in the place. He quickly responded to our questions and provided information as requested. I definitely rent this place again and I give this place an A+.

This house was so clean and new - beautiful views of the ocean...quiet on off the beaten path, yet very close to the beach and easy access to seeing turtles at night and shops/restaurants!! We had everything we needed here to have a relaxing time with our 3 kids. We rented a few body boards and flippers down the street for just a total of $50/week for the 3 kids. Easy access to hiking in the canyon (beautiful - don’t miss). Got groceries at Safeway after landing and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were amazingly comfortable, bathrooms/showers were great to clean up in since each room had its own bathroom. We were all so happy here!! Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful condo. Great location, clean environment, great set up. Only recommendations - get a guest book with information (local restaurants, what to do with trash, how to work TV, check out routine, etc..) where all the information is in one location. The bedroom on the other side of the front door didn't cool down fully requiring us to turn down the AC for sleeping at night. I still wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.

Five stars overall, a 4 for the ongoing construction. Also, the dining room seating was not very comfortable for 5 adults, 4 chairs and a bench. We were gone most days so it was not an issue, but when we were by the pool it was very loud. The kitchen was well equipped with all major appliances and a blender. We cooked in a lot as it is expensive to eat out here. A few more handy utensils in the kitchen would be nice (salad spinner, kitchen tongs, better hot pads). They did supply a lot of soap (for washer, dishwasher and hands). The bathrooms were all supplied with conditioner, shampoo and body wash. BBQ's are located in common areas around the condos. You can walk 3 minutes to Paco's Taco's the restaurant for the golf course. It was a nice surprise, excellent authentic Mexican food at reasonable prices and friendly service. The location is handy to go restaurants, shopping and the nearby Poipu Beach is quite nice (washrooms, shower). The landscaping and pool area is well done. Showers, bathrooms, shaded seating. Not a lot of umbrellas by the pool and a few more chairs would be an asset. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, more than enough room in the condo for our party of 5 adults to have privacy and comfort.

This place is close to perfection! Construction was the only problem- but we were away during the day-so didn’t really have much of an impact! The appointments in the home are fabulous from top to bottom! Beds are comfortable (bamboo sheets- I will be buying tomorrow) wonderful view of the ocean!! Kitchen great!! Pool and exercise area not available till 9:00- was a little disappointing because I like to work out early! All in all a great vacation- management of property were very nice and accommodating! We will come back and recommend to our friends! Thanks so much! Kauai is a magical place!

Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our time at 12B. The condo is beautifully decorated, and has all the necessities that you would need for a wonderful, comfortable stay. A nice touch are the large beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for the days we spent at the beach. We found the kitchen to be well appointed for cooking, but would recommend grabbing your groceries at the Safeway in Lihue before heading to Poipu, as the selection is better there. Ask around for a schedule of local farmers markets, as there seems to be one everyday somewhere on the island. The fresh produce is amazing and the vendors are charming. The location of the complex allows for an easy walk to the shopping center and restaurants near by. We loved our morning strolls down to Little Fish for breakfast or an afternoon smoothie. We highly recommend staying in Pili Mai 12B.

This condo was beautifully decorated, clean spacious and had a view of the ocean. Loved that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided, a few less things to pack. We were two couples, two elementary aged kids and the layout of rooms allowed for privacy and we each had our own bathrooms to use. We’ve stayed at this resort before and the pool/spa area was never busy and large enough and away from buildings that there isn’t a long list of HOA noise restrictions (beyond being reasonable of course). Only suggestion is that the unit offer some beach chairs, toys etc. Condo wasn’t advertised as having them but we’ve always been appreciative when they do.

12B is a great condo for vacation! We had a two week stay with grandparents, parents and two kids under 5. The unit is furnished with all things needed: kitchen appliances, linen and beach wise (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, pool noodles, cooler etc). The complex is wonderful! Easy walk down to the shopping center with a general store, Starbucks (walk just a little farther to the local coffee shop Little Fish, worth it). Short drive to longs drugs (CVS) and up the road to Koloa big save market. Easy drive from Lihue where there is Costco, Safeway and target. The property management was very responsive (via text message!) to a couple of maintenance items. The air conditioning is currently not working, due to back ordered part with supply chain issues. There are room AC units and the bedrooms are comfortable (a bit loud). The main area AC unit kept tripping the breaker so we didn’t use it, which was fine kept the windows open and had a nice cross breeze. This in the summer months when it’s hotter might back this upstairs unit it very uncomfortable. Overall wonderful stay!

We were so impressed with this condo. It was as just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the deck is so nice. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (nice beach towels, chairs, large umbrella, cooler, etc.). We also appreciated that the washer and dryer are full size and that laundry detergent was provided. The host even included a fresh bag of coffee and some lovely specialty salts for the kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi for the complex were also clean and enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

This property was so comfortable for our family of 4. I would say 8 people would be happily comfortable too! It had a beautiful ocean view from the living room and both en suite bedrooms. There a couple of family friendly beaches about 5 minutes away with decent parking. It was super clean and the hosts were so generous and thoughtful with ample shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, etc. The team that manages the property were quick to respond, kind, and so easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kauai.

We really enjoyed staying in Pili Mai 12B! The unit was clean and well-equipped. Pleasantly surprised by the Air Fryer - cooks frozen steak fries nicely! The broken light switch was attended-to quickly when we asked (kudos). The only "negative" is that there need to be some better beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Nui Loa!
Kauai Family Vacation

When visiting Kauai in August, and upon arrival to our unit that was rented through a 3rd party, we found out that we did not have a unit and the whole thing was a SCAM!
By now it is 8pm on a Saturday night, and we have nowhere to stay. Contacted Alekona Kauai Vacation Rentals and spoke with Michael who was more than accommodating and willing to help us out. He found us a place to stay, and put us in contact with Ziya, who came out and took us to the rental. Ziya was great; helped us locate food, and helped to calm our nerves, without Michael and Ziya our 1st night in Kauai was sure to be a disaster.
This unit had everything we could have asked for and more!! Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and bathrooms had all that we needed.
I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is looking for a place in Kauai. Once again Thank YOU!! Mahalo

Our experience from start to finish was amazing! The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our week in Kauai. The kitchen was fully equipped if we wanted to cook. There were beach towels, beach chairs and an ice chest for a day at the beach. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and loved relaxing on the balcony every morning and evening. I have already recommended this condo to a friend! I hope to be staying there again someday!! .

Pili Mai was very beautiful and had more than enough space for us. The condo had all the amenities we needed and then some. This is definitely a place we will be going to every time we go to Kauai. Thank you for your hospitality!

This property was a fantastic choice for our family. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms- 2 of which are en suites. The living area and kitchen are open and comfortable.
My favorite part was the thoughtfulness for guests. For example, Every bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking anything you like. The living room View of the ocean was beautiful and there are also nice ocean views from two of the bedrooms . The team who runs the property are prompt and helpful. We really didn't have any negative issues here. We'd love to stay here again!
