The condo was as described and when we arrived, it was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean interior and exterior. Courtyard and pool area were exceptional. During our stay, we found all the comforts of home and the bathroom(s) and kitchen were fully stocked with all necessary tools and appliances for cooking. The location was within walking distance to coffee, restaurants and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed Michael's condo and would love to book again our next trip.

The room was very comfortable and a bit larger than I expected, and communication with property owners was very easy and they responded very quickly. View was amazing, close/ walking distance to both outdoor malls, restaurants, and beaches. We usually book the Marriott, but they are so overpriced now. I am glad we found this place. Worth ever penny, much more reasonably priced and honestly more comfortable. Thank you!

This condo was in such a great location of Poipu. A few steps away from the beach and a great location to watch the sunset nightly! Not only was it beautiful inside and out but it had everything we needed, from extra paper towels to beach supplies! Micheal was a great host! Very prompt responses and very communication. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my friends and family and am already looking forward to staying here again! Aloha!

we had a terrific stay and would come back anytime and do it all over again. the amenities were terrific, communication, location, cleanliness all great. the pool was fun and all so close to many different beaches. the staff were wonderful and the murphy bed was a fantastic way to be able to spread out sleeping if the kids wanted some extra room. more than enough space. superb all around thank you!

This condo was pure heaven! It was incredibly clean and so comfortable. The breeze that came through was perfect and listening to the birds and ocean in the morning was so calming. We sat on the balcony for our morning coffee and evening glass of wine. We will definitely want to book another stay here in the future. It's a short review because there was nothing wrong with the condo. We really enjoyed staying there and appreciated Alekona Kauai's help in planning our vacation. The condo matched all the photos we saw. The condo looks like it was updated recently or it has been well cared for. The bed was great. Plenty of towels and nice washer and dryer. The view from the deck is plenty nice. The complex was pretty and it was quiet even though there were plenty of kids around. Perhaps the only drawback, if you could call it that, is the beach is a five minute walk. Really enjoyed staying here and will try to come back. Thanks Alekona Kauai!

Very nice, spacious, well equipped condo with two bathrooms. Washer and dryer included. Nice view of the water. Beautiful grounds, right by the pool. Second floor so there is a good breeze through the condo almost all of the time. Short walk to a nice beach for snorkeling, boogie boarding. Beach umbrellas, chairs and boogie board were in the closet and available to use. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

We just enjoyed a lovely stay at this beautiful property. I loved the view, the location, the two bathrooms and how well supplied the owners keep this condo. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and we were so comfortable. You can walk to shops, restaurants, and sandy beaches. There were beach supplies provided. The kitchen is very well equipped, just like home. The property is quiet and yet friendly. We loved visiting with other guests while watching sunset on the wall. This is a second floor condo, so we could leave our windows open and enjoy the breeze. There are lots of fans and windows in the main living area and an air conditioner in the bedroom. Tons of towels and cleaning supplies are provided along with a washer and dryer. The property managers in Koloa were so very helpful as well. We will definitely return to this condo.

Beautiful woods throughout, nice tile and granite, great patio, and well appointed, and the location is amazing. Look, you're in Kauai, roosters are going to be loud no matter where you are. But the place has great through breezes, we kept the windows open the entire time and never had to use the AC. Nice to discover beach chairs and an unbrella in the outdoor closet, as well as some other stuff.

The property was on a fantastic location - we could see the ocean from the lanai and it was a very quick walk to the ocean and about a 7-9 min walk to the beach. The property was spacious and very clean and very pleasant to have as a base to explore the island. We loves the pool and the proximity to the beach and ocean. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Jessica and her team were always available by text, email of phone call. We locked our selves out the first day and Jessica was able to help us out even though it was towards the end of the day! Sunsets are visible outside from the lanai. The pool was perfect tempurater, the grounds are beautifully kept. The unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms- (we each had our own, that was a treat). Full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen. The is a market very close by if you wish to eat in- beach is a very short walk. The king size bed was super comfortable. We drove both sides of the island from this fairly central located home base.

My husband and I really loved our stay here. The condo is big and very nice and in a great location. We loved the view of the ocean from the lanai. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. The air conditioner in the bedroom came in handy at night but we did not need it when during the day as the winds flow through the condo really well when all of the windows/sliding doors are open. We would definitely stay here again.

I rented this room for my parents and nephew and was shocked to learn there was no elevator. I was worried but my parents said they could manage the stairs. My parents loved this unit.it was spacious, super clean, large washer and dryer, very well equipped and to top it off beautiful ocean views! There is street noise that would end after sunset and didn’t occur nightly. This was an awesome condo!

This was a really spacious, beautiful condo! Pros include full washer and dryer, dishwasher, excellent views to the ocean. Some of the cons are no elevator leading up to the unit and street noise. The locals park in front of the condo complex and play loud music, rev their engines and burn their tires on the pavement. I wish This wasn't the case. It wasn't nightly mainly Friday night and everyone left after sunset. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at PK #50. Dealing with Jessica and Alekonakauai was so easy - very clear communication. The unit has a wonderful view from the lanai - sunsets couldn't be beat! They had several beach toys available as well that we made good use of. The owners had top notch touches all around, for example, the bed was incredibly comfortable, high end towels and toiletries, and AC in the MBR. It was really hot inside the unit upon first arriving, but once we opened the windows and ran the fans it wasn't a problem. Hopefully we will be able to return for a longer stay one of these years. Perfect view of sunsets every evening! Beautiful condo and has everything you need. We stayed 6 nights and toured all four coasts. Poipu and Shipwreck were our two favorites. The property gardens are gorgeous. The pool was a daily retreat. Definitely would recommend to couples looking for complete relaxation!
