Weekly detailed property inspections include:

  • Routine walk around the perimeter of the home to inspect for damage
  • Ensure that all points of ingress and egress to the property are secured
  • Test water valves and plumbing for drips and leaks
  • Ensure that thermostat setting and room temperature are consistent
  • Test and activate security system
  • Inspect for pest intrusion
  • Inspect propane tanks and natural gas lines
  • Inspect the exterior of the property including roof, decks, and patios
  • Ensure that refrigerator and freezer temperatures are properly set
  • Inspect and start vehicles left at the property
  • Inspect and test electrical system which includes resetting breakers and timers
  • Assist with trash and recycling services
